Women’s Art Resources of Minnesota
WARM connects emerging and professional women artists, encouraging them to create and exhibit art and to increase their participation in the art world. As a catalyst for women artists to assist each other in achieving their goals, WARM promotes and provides advocacy and assistance for its member’s projects. Membership is open to all who support WARM’s mission, whether you are an artist or not.

Walker programs examine the questions that shape and inspire us as individuals, cultures, and communities.
MIA Minneapolis Institute of Art
MIA inspires wonder with extraordinary exhibitions and one of the finest wide-ranging art collections in the country. From Monet to Matisse, Asian to African, 40,000-year-old artifacts to world-famous masterpieces, MIA links the past to the present and enables global conversations.
Weisman Art Museum
Housed in a striking stainless steel and brick building designed by architect Frank Gehry, the Weisman Art Museum offers an educational and friendly museum experience. The museum’s collection features early twentieth-century American artists, such as Georgia O’Keeffe and Marsden Hartley, as well as a diverse selection of ceramics and contemporary art. A teaching museum for the University of Minnesota and the community, the Weisman provides a fresh, engaging arts experience through an array of programs and a changing schedule of exhibitions. There’s always something interesting to see and do at WAM.

Tweed Museum of Art, University of Minnesota Duluth, functions as an art collecting and teaching institution that promotes learning through collection stewardship, research, and by presentations in the visual arts for the engagement program of the University and surrounding communities.

Minnesota History Center
An interactive museum with both permanent and changing exhibits, the Minnesota History Center hosts concerts, lectures, family days and other special events throughout the year. The building is also home to the Minnesota Historical Society library and archives, a research destination for schoolchildren, family historians and academics.

As an umbrella arts organization for fiber artists and textile arts groups, the Textile Center’s goals are to: Inspire and support fiber artists. Provide a central networking and resource facility for fiber artists.
