You can make a difference for our students!

Art Educators of Minnesota is the only professional organization for educators in visual art and media arts for the state of Minnesota. AEM serves K-12 teachers, museum educators, arts organizations, higher education instructors and students in art education certification programs. Supporting AEM helps us improve art education for all learners in Minnesota.

AEM is an affiliate of the National Art Education Association

Of the following areas that AEM needs financial help, Minnesota Scholastic Arts Awards, Youth Art Month, and Keynote speakers for Fall Conference, by far the most pressing financial help is needed for the Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards. This annual state-wide competition for middle and high school art students was established 91 years ago as a national program to ensure that literary and artistic talent were recognized in schools and communities across the country.
