YOUTH ART MONTH STUDENT EXHIBITION

Tuesday/ Wednesday February 25th – 26th - Install at Hopkins Center for the Arts (Volunteers needed for setup)
Thursday, February 27th – Show Opening
Saturday, March 1st – Opening Reception 12 – 2pm
Sunday, March 30th - Show takedown (Volunteers needed for takedown)
March 30th – Artwork pickup 2-5pm
Each teacher may submit TWO artworks. These submissions will be due to the address below by Monday, February 10th, 2014.
It works best if you can plan with the other teachers in your district to coordinate shipping/ delivery. Artwork can be picked up by teachers on Sunday, March 30th from 2-5pm OR shipped back to teachers starting the first week in april (postage MUST be provided.) Once again it is very important to keep the MATTED WORK no larger than 36” x 24”. Also, please adhere the student and teacher contact information (found on back) to the artwork. The Hopkins center for the arts requests that all submitted work have a wire hanger across the back for easy setup/takedown, Artwork will NOT be hung without the wire hanger.
